Classical Hatha Yoga In this class I teach proper alignment while offering postures that strengthen and promote flexibility. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. Expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. I will lead you through a variety of standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds and hip openers. At the end of the class we will have a long guided relaxation and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
