Pranayama and Hypnotic Guided Meditation

We will learn how to breath according to Hatha Yoga teachings. We will start from intense breath generating the heat in the body and will fallow with more relaxed, very aware way of breathing to calm the mind, balance the nervous system and feel harmonious. At the end we will practice silent guided hypnotic meditation which induces extremely beneficial, deeply relaxing and calming state of mind.
