Pranayama and Meditation

We will learn how to breath according to Hatha Yoga teachings. We will start from intense breath generating the heat in the body and will fallow with more relaxed, very aware way of breathing to calm the mind, balance the nervous system and feel harmonious. At the end we will practice silent meditation by watching the breath going in and out.
